Objective

The objective of this project is to test your knowledge of the tools as well as build your soft skills in the area of stakeholder management, problem-solving, Teamwork and Team management, presentation skills as well as communication skills.

Instruction

In your assigned Group, you are to work as a team to deliver the group project.

2. With any tool(s) of your choice, clean your data and answer the following research questions from the data using a dashboard report:
• Show the branches and their counts as provided in the data.
• Show the payment options with regards to their frequency of use.
• What are the cities and their counts in the data?
• Show the total sales by city.
• Show the total sales by month
• Show the average sales by city
• How many branches are in each city?
• Show the relative size of types of customers in the data.
• Show the relative size between the gender types
• Show a relationship between the gender types and their corresponding customer types
• Ability to further analyse and draw our other information from the data that could interest and be relevant to management is a plus.

Project Deliverables

• Prepare a report detailing your findings to be presented to the stakeholders, using visuals and appropriate commentary on key drivers of the metrics KPIs.

• A 5-minute presentation of your report. Your report should include comments telling a story about the data and insights from your analysis on the data.

• Lastly, you should provide recommendation(s) to stakeholders on how the metrics KPIs could be improved.

• You are to nominate within your group who would do the storytelling presentation.
