Question 1: What are some examples of "deliberate practice" in your field? If nothing changes, nothing is going to change, develop the skill; focused attention on specific goals like completing EHR project at work currently and it is going to take a lot of patience and time management. Being able to assess and keep practicing do a final performance on the task to make sure it runs smoothly.

Question 2: Do you do deliberate practice? If yes, how often and for how long? If no, why not? Yes, everyday I am learning and practicing my skills to get better and be more efficient. Question 3: Do you have a time and place where you can do deliberate practice? If not, how could you make it a ritual? I don't think I have a time and place specifically but in my mind I definitely map out a list of what needs are important or I will get a sticky note and jog something down to remind myself what the goal and what I want to achieve out of that thing I may be working on.
