A proposal to implement one health care reform policy change in the US.

Maternal Health Proposal: Comprehensive Maternal Health Initiative (CMHI) is one that will improve access for health care services for mothers giving birth. This will be achieved by having a program that assist in prenatal and postnatal care for mothers. Our policy will primarily affecting women and in some instances men(support for paternity leave).

1) On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is completely unfeasible and 10 is readily feasible, rank the policy CMHI.

2) List TWO challenges to feasibility of the policy CMHI. What are some barriers to implementing the policy? Financial barriers? Political barriers? Not enough people are interested/ the problem is not severe enough?

3) For example: a bipartisan government in the US would likely prevent overturning Roe v. Wade and enabling safe abortion for all women. (this is a political barrier)
