Case: James is a 17 year old male in grade 12. He lives with both his parents and older sister in an urban town. James plays rep-competitive sports, hockey and soccer all year round. Due to his extremely busy athletic schedule, he often is rushed to eat his dinner and ends up eating just before bed. He is exhausted and stays up late doing his homework and on his phone. He wakes up tired and grumpy most mornings due to lack of sleep. He rushes and some mornings misses eating a good nutritional breakfast. His mom packs him a nutritional lunch for school but he rather goes to a fast food restaurant with his friends. Then when school is finished he goes to his part time job and then he either has practice or games. James wants to improve his eating habits so that he can function better during the day. He is always tired and never has enough energy.
