Case Study: Two years earlier, we dealt with the COVID situation and Shelter in Place, it has also been a bizarre situation with our own families, especially in our own household. There are several ways you can look at this. For instance, in my household, I use to never see my own Father because our work schedule was so different, but now since we are both working from home, I see him daily. As is the case for probably many of you! At the same time, families who never spent time with each other are now spending, well, much more well-needed time together. However, all of this occurring, we must also look at some drawbacks. One issue that is on the rise during this time is Domestic Violence. Its a very unfortunate situation because if you have a house full of family members, and issues such as unemployment and financial distress, then it will also cause tensions in the household. This situation again, depending on how it affects each of us can be considered as another example of the "double-edged sword".
