Assessment - Visualising the Benefits of Remote Work
Assessment Type: Dashboard and Flyer
Task
As a Business Analyst employed by an administrative workers' union in Australia, your task is to create a 2-page flyer advocating for administrative workers to be allowed to work remotely in Australia. This 2 page flyer will include a dashboard of visualisations, accompanied by commentary.
Assessment Description
You represent an administrative workers' union in Australia that advocates for remote working rights. Your task is to create a flyer, supported by a data-driven dashboard, aimed at encouraging employers to allow remote working for administrative staff in the post-COVID era.
To complete this assessment, you must develop a simple, interactive dashboard that highlights key correlations, such as the relationship between perceived work-life balance and productivity, or between productivity and stress levels. Supplement these correlation(s) with a further 2 visualisations, so that all visualisations interact in your dashboard.
Produce brief commentary to explain your dashboard. Key points are to be included on the first page with your Visualisations and a title. Provide a more detailed commentary on the back of your flyer (2nd page) for your audience, namely employers of administrative staff in Australia.
