A valid contract is binding and enforceable. It involves all the parties that are legally bound to perform the contract; whether they are two parties, three and so on. It is a contract that is implemented by either of the parties. If any party or individual refuses to perform according to the desired contract, the other has a complete authority to enforce it through a court. (Wong, 2010)
