Part A -

Purpose - To create account for Manager

Summary - The user enters username and password. The system stores the details in a location defined by the supplied username

Process -

1. The use case is initiated when the user wants to create New Manager Account

2. The user clicks the create account

3. The user enters the required information like email id, password, address , password confirmation in the respective fields.

4. The system creates and stores the New Manager account.

5. The user is redirected to account creation confirmation page and use case ends.

Variations -

a. The Manager enters invalid email

1. The user is asked to re-enter email

2. Account creation restarts

b. The manager enters wrong password

1. The user is asked to re-enter the password and the confirmation password

2. The user enters correct password and confirmation password

3. The usual account creation restarts

Part B -

Use Case - Generate Annual Purchasing Report

Purpose - The system is to accept details entered specified by the user, and returns a report containing all details required by the user.

Summary - The manager wants to generate annual report by entering the required text in the fields , the system generates the detailed report.

Process -

1. The use case initiates when the manager log in to the system, and enters query to get information about.

2. The manager needs Login Id and Start time and end time as a required fields.

3. The manager needs a desired query to generate a report.

4. The system validates the Start Time and End Time, and gets the information accordingly.

5. The system generates the report by processing the entered queries successfully.

Variations -

1. The manager enters wrong start time and end time

a. The system shows an error

b. The manager enters a valid start time and end time

2. The manager enters end time before the start time

a. The system shows an error

b. The manager repeat the process from start again.

3. The manager enters the wrong query

a. The system prompts an error describing as invalid query

b. The manager re-enters the query.

Please check and get back with confirmation. Hello, Software Engineering: It has to be making the part 1 use cases ... revised more correct as per the attached document... (The phase 1 .. which I have already done is also been attached .. just need to do changes into them.) And there has to be a communication diagram and sequence diagram acc to those use cases.

For the partial class diagrams... I’ll share the link on google drive ....so will be easy for expert to amend changes into the diagrams... will save time and effort... no need to go through and make the whole diagram again... just send me the email address for that ... then i ll share the diagrams there...( draw.io used for making the partial diagrams) Thank You. Once getting confirmation, I will send you more details with diagrams etc.
