Assignment Brief

You work as a full-stack web developer for a NetSolace - An IT and eMarketing company. Your team has received a project of a client - <<Your Own Choice>> to develop a website and in this regard you have been tasked to head the project as a team lead.

In this regard, you are required to:

• Using prototyping and wireframe tool(s), create a design document for a branded, multipage website supported with medium fidelity wireframes and a full set of client and user requirements
• While using your design document with appropriate principles, standards and guidelines to produce a branded, multipage website supported with realistic content. There should be atleast 7 pages and the webpages must have a formal structure (i.e. Header, Footer, Slider, etc.) and an external style sheet. Document should comply with HTML 5 standards and also have some interactive elements
• Compare and contrast the multipage website created against the design document
• Perform a critical evaluation of the design and development process against your design document and analyse any technical challenges
• Create a suitable Test Plan identifying key performance areas and use it to review the functionality and performance of your website. This should also include the technical aspects like server performance and standard test
• Devise and evaluate the Quality Assurance (QA) process for your project and review how it was implemented during your design and development stages
• With regards to the test plan results, write a review of overall success of your multipage website. Use this evaluation to explain any areas of success and provide justified recommendations for areas that require improvement.
