I have been exposed to unethical power and can tell you it is a very difficult situation to be involved in. However, sometimes we have to wonder if these situations are necessary to have these types of interactions to fortify our organizations and our professional development. I must admit that I that the unethical situations I have been involved in had to do with how operations was managing their organizations. Now, I can see how these matters may be questionable but they really enhanced my problem solving skills.

So, are unethical situations necessary in order for us to grow?
