"An auto driver ( #1) was driving at a normal speed, he was enjoying the music from his CD player He had to merge from the highway to the side street; he had to go straight as he started accelerating he noticed another vehicle approaching him from the side street at a very high speed. Before he could move to one side, the other car hit him at the cross road. His car spun a few times, and hit the side railing. The rear bumper and the passenger side door were broken. He was lucky and did not incur any bodily injuries.
The driver of the other car ( #2) starting yelling at him, stating that it was not his fault and that the auto driver of the first car was not paying attention and did not look before crossing the road"
Discuss in short the laws that will be applicable to this case.
