Executive Coach
Role: Converts prospective student inquiries for select enrollment coaching accounts; strategically manages a pipeline of active prospects; independently interacts with clients in a professional manner, mentors new colleagues, assists in training and development of EMS colleagues, provides account-level insight to management as needed.

Previous Experience Required: 5+ years consultative advising; experience with an understanding of the higher education field preferred; experience working directly with highly educated consumers/clients and a demonstrated experience working independently in a high paced environment
Key Performance Indicators: Outbound dials (80 per day average minimum), talk time (2 hours per day average minimum, Not Ready rate, EMS Scorecard observations, operationalizing one's PDP
