The rapid growth of Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) is adding to that competitive environment, especially with an increase in demand for low cost travel. In order to remain competitive, it is important forthe management ofLCCs to understand the factors that influence customer behaviour. The Department of Infrastructure and Transport decided to commission research to get a better understanding of the factors such as brand image, experience, satisfaction that influence future behaviour intention of LCCs customers.Aquantitative method research will be applied using a questionnaire survey with LCC customers at the Melbourne Tullamarine and Sydney Airports.
