Purpose

This Coursework 1 builds a knowledge base for Coursework 2. It ensures you understand how the organization operates, its market context, and its supply or delivery model, so you can later propose an innovative product or process idea.

Guidelines:

Include a title page with the title of the assignment.
The work must be written in sentences and paragraphs, formal English, in third person with appropriate references as it will be published in an academic journal.
Materials should be obtained from the University of Lancashire library and other academic sources.
Harvard style should be followed for Referencing and citations throughout the assignment.
Use your own judgement regarding headings. Be guided by the articles found in the University of Lancashire library.
The report should normally contain an introduction, 4 body paragraphs and a conclusion with appropriate sections explaining the details.
Use Microsoft Word for word processing.
