BlewMinds has employed new team members who now help facilitate client needs to specific project, however, Sandeep still remains the sole storyteller at BlewMinds. A previous attempt to send a replacement for Sandeep, due to a scheduling conflict, did not prove successful. Though the client presented positive feedback for the senior consultant, the client stated they did not establish the same trust Sandeep had. This drove Sandeep in making the decision to remain the sole storyteller for those sessions. This is an issue moving forward as demand for these sessions have potential to increase, which can put stress on the company to meet the obligations, as turning work down does not promote growth.
