Ultimately the college terminated Mary because of multiple such out person involving students and colleagues in this case her dismissal does not violate ADA because her impairment results only in outburst so she is not covered by ADA because the college must provide a job coach to help her outburst does not validate ADA because her condition is controlled with medication and she is not covered by the ADA violates the ADA simply because she has a recognizable disease that affects the life's activities does not violate the ADA because she is not qualified in individual who can perform the essential functions of her job.
