As we have discussed in the class, there is a difference in management vs leadership. Based upon what you have learned this semester, explain both the differences & relationships between them, not only in theory but provide examples and include course concepts to support your answer. 4. We have not only discussed leadership theories but have practiced leadership skills & competencies this term. In the course material & the Ametros simulation you were introduced to the concepts of Inclusive Leadership. Choose one leadership style found in the course modules and explain using what you have learned in the Ametros simulation how that style best reflects inclusive leadership attributes. Consider the individual attributes of your chosen style and relate them to the concepts of; 'Safety, Vulnerability & Emotional Intelligence'. A good strategy would be to link the feedback you received from the simulation and think about how your chosen style would relate to improving and creating an inclusive environment. Be sure to cite both the simulation & course concepts in your answer.
