The company is looking to bring in a new, top management team. Employees who consistently remained with the organization are valuable assets because the longer they stay on the job, the more opportunity they have to learn and grow as individual and become good at their job. The number of employees who attain a certain skill certification at the company's expense represents the company's investment in its human capital. Experience and well trained employees would lead to improved performance/increased output. This would enable the company to be more profitable in the long term and ensures that the company continues to build upon its reputation and that achievement would lead to even greater fulfillment.
