For this discussion forum, please think about the issues and then write two or three paragraphs with emphasis on why you agree or disagree; implications for which type of company (if any) and why; and remedies where appropriate, etc. Please do not write more than about a half page (if that). Do not be trying to "win points with me" on this - you will not hurt my feelings!! For example, one could argue that complete flexibility is the absence of a plan!!
