The Workbook is a take home assessment item. Students will be required to provide responses to each question in relation to the Unit topics. This task is to assess how you understand the topic and your ability to concisely communicate your perceptions of its theme/s. The questions require short answer responses with a minimum of 200 words and maximum of 300 words per question.

Question:

1. Should Section 51 of the Australian Constitution be changed and why?

2. Provide a definition of ‘Indigeneity' which includes the diversity of Indigenous Australian peoples.

Research - background research and presentation of your research which supports the opinions and points you make in the presentation.

Critical analysis - your analysis of the subject and depth of understanding

Learning - whether this topic you've chosen has supported your learning and that is evident in your responses.

Referencing Style - correct use of an accepted referencing style, such as Harvard, APA or other accepted styles. Please indicate on the assignment coversheet.

Appropriate length - response were appropriate length.
