Oil (viscosity = 0.003 Pa S, specific gravity 0.85) is confined between two concentric circular cylinders of infinite length--an inner cylinder of radius 7.5cm and hollow outer cylinder of radius 15cm. The oil is flowing under a pressure gradient of 196 Pa/m. Calculate the oil volume rate, viscous shear stress at the pipe wall.
