This assignment is based on a reasearch work of the following topic,

"The impact of online sellers on local retailers" .

In which we have to identity the gap in the market, previous work, and what is the purpose of research, either market will get advantage of reasearch or market is already been in advantage. We have to submit this assignment step by step.

First step: 500 words required to submit, to tell lecturer, an overview the area of research based on?

Second step: 2500 words Literature review required on this topic, to show the past studies that relates to our topic. ( Need atleast 10 Harvard style references, 5 journal etc).

Third step: 1500 words required to present the purpose of research study. The prons and cons of online business and the retailer, which one is useful for customer in what way, or where the improvement required, or which one is best/better for customer. It will gona be the main theme of research. (Hopefully you understand what i'm trying).

Fourth step: will be the conclusion, i'm not sure yet will update as i received information from lecturer.

This is an overview and the requirement from the institue. The topic is given, a researcher knows well about the areas of study on this particular topic.

Assessment presentation

Students will submit a 500 word concise written submission that identifies the topic of interest clearly and any links to other areas, the motivation for choosing the topic, a brief introduction to the main disciplines involved. These activities will be developed in tutorials as well.
The topic needs to be approved by the lecturer and resubmission can be required.

Students can only proceed to the literature review with written confirmation of the topic by the lecturer. A 5 minute power-point presentation in class is also required where feedback will be given by all students.
