Many organisations predict the future and their marketing conditions that will affect their performances every day hence can develop a plan that will work effectively. Organisations use what if model to gauge what will happen in future to develop a contingency plan.

The contingency plan helps the organisation in coming up with a response to what will happen in future.

Hence a contingency plan impacts the organisational ability to operate, and it works as a blueprint on how to deal with unexpected events (Damodaran, 2016). The program is required in all organisation regardless of size needs a contingency plan.

The creation of a contingency requires every team in the organization to be involved, and this includes the managing directors, employees, and suppliers.

However, it comes out to be challenging to create a contingency plan without affecting the end users of the company's product this is because an event might occur and will require all the stakeholders of the organization to be involved and come up with better strategies for the company to solve the organization (Damodaran, 2016). However, this will work best if the end users are bets appropriately trained on how the contingency plan works best.

One of the critical roles of end users in a contingency plan is developing the best security design mechanism that will manage unplanned events and risks. However, end users face few pitfalls and the pitfalls include aspects such as when ends users create security tools that fail to meet the company's objectives
