Research an affirmative action court case (a case that has or is going through the judicial system) that is not mentioned in the textbook. The age of the case does not matter. Once you have located your court case, you will write a case study that includes the following:

1. Summarize (in your own words) the history and outcome of your chosen court case.

2. What are the issues surrounding affirmative action in this case? Is a part of the law being challenged?

3. Do you agree or disagree with the specific findings of the case?

4. Now that you have explained the case, please provide your own opinion regarding affirmative action. In your response, please include the following: ? Describe the positives and negatives. ?
