Team Charter Design Assignment -

Suppose you are given a task to design a team charter for the project you are working on: [You can choose any project such as; customer quality improvement, Improving Software at our company, reducing warranty recalls, designing effective IT mechanism, etc].

Based on your project, design a three page long "Team Charter" word document. Describing the team name, purpose, goals, assignments/project work, milestone to achieve, number of members in team and their contact, team availabilities, past achievements as a team, success vision, mission statements, vision and approval process [Such as who and when approves].

Explain all key points effectively and clearly.

You have to design something like this for your chosen project and expand the key points more than what specified, and elaborate each task clearly and effectively. Your Team Charter cannot be less than three pages.

Note - Choose any Project, Any Team Members you like. No references are required.
