The statements below are steps involved in the synthesis of lysosome enzymes. What is the correct order of these steps (sequence of these events) during the protein synthesis?

1 The DNA code is transcribed to RNA in the nucleus.

2 The RNA copy leaves the nucleus and interacts with a ribosome in the cytosol or on the rough ER.

3 The ribosome translates the RNA code into a polypeptide made of amino acids.

4 The polypeptide is processed in the ER and golgi apparatus to achieve its proper shape.

5 The finished enzyme is packaged into a lysosome within the cell.
