Katie is getting married this summer and wants to start having children as soon as next year. She decides she is going to start taking vitamins to ensure that she'll be as healthy as possible. Since she has always worn glasses, Katie wonders if taking vitamin A supplements will help her baby have good eyesight. She also heard that folate can help prevent neural tube defects. Katie has gone to a health-food store and is trying to decide whether to purchase a multivitamin and/or several single supplements.
