Immediately after administering 25 mg of morphine, Dr. Sanders ordered a single plane body x-ray. I viewed the x-ray this morning and I concluded the patient needs to be administered a body cast including both thighs. The patient is suffering from a broken pelvis, back, and left arm She is to stay in the hospital for the next 5-7 days.
