Scenario:
You have noticed the new graduate employee is very quiet and shy. She is new to Australia and appears to be lacking confidence in asking questions or talking with her colleagues, due to some previous bullying experience. Rather than single her out, you decide to make a poster to display in the tearoom for all staff regarding effective, and inclusive, communication. Create the tearoom poster (see instructions below).
