1. Exercises that can stimulate the brain also stimulate brain growth. As you grow, the thought process improves but the more you challenge the brain, the more memorization skills are developed, as well as your ability to puzzle solve, which contribute to brain growth. It was stated in an article "Puzzle is one of educational tools that can be used to develop fine motor skills. Puzzles can also be used to stimulate cognitive development, language development and fine motor skill" (Indian Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology). Indicating fine motor skills are also being developed, which is a factor that is used in our everyday life contributing to brain growth.

2. As children's brains grow and develop, their thinking abilities and cognitive skills get better because the structure of the brain changes and the connections between brain cells become stronger. Cognitive skills allow children to have the ability to think and reason. Around the ages of 6-12, teachers like to use the concrete operations to teach students. This can be learning the alphabet, solving math problems, and learning how to count money. Around the age 12-18, students learn more complex thinking skills. Some examples can be doing abstract thinking or having different points of view when solving problems. In college, it becomes more complex learning styles. When children participate in activities that make their brains work harder, it can help them think better and improve how their minds develop.
