A digital filter is to be designed using bilinear transform method. The expected frequency response specification of the filter is given in the following figure. fS = 8,000 Hz.

I. Specify the filter frequency response versus normalized frequency,
ohm=2pi f/fs

II. Compute the critical frequencies to obtain the corresponding analog filter specification when the critical frequencies are pre-warpped to meet the digital filter requirements.
