Question

I especially liked your point of finding judges that are specialized in working with juveniles. You are correct that this change can help with overseeing juvenile cases so the mind frame of the judge is more understanding and reasonable. Sometimes cases can bleed into each other emotionally so if a judge is overseeing a heinous case involving an adult and then has a case involving a juvenile offender, they could be harsher to the juvenile than should be. We have specialized therapists, doctors and teachers for children, why can't we have specialized judges for them also.
