Someone please help me with this! It isn't a question straight from my textbook. We have to do an observation only experiment in my research methods class. My hypothesis is that social norms and public settings have a relationship. My prediction is that there will be little to no deviation from these norms in certain settings. My constructs are behaviors that comply with social norms, behaviors that deviate from social norms, and public settings. The ta for my class doesn't seem to like my idea, but I don't really understand why. Can someone please help me improve this?
