You will use the Windshield Survey tool and provide a critical analysis of a community/neighbourhood of their choosing. (CITY OF TORONTO). Be sure to include course readings and lectures to help frame the assessment of the community.

You will include the following: General impression of the neighborhood or geographic area, including assets and needs.

The residents: how do people feel about the community? Strengths? Challenges? Looking at some recent stories or relevant news articles.

Your perceptions: general statements about the health of this community. What are the strengths? Actual or potential challenges and needs you can identify? (Lack of affordable housing and lack of affordable child care)
