Denies thoughts of harm to self or others

PE: pelvic performed, vaginal D/C yellow, watery and runny, no clumping or thickened cottage cheese like discharge. Cervix is friable once the Q-Tip touches the os. Neg. CMT. A1C point of care testing 6.7
