Assignment - Simulate the following circuit using PSPICE or Multisim. For the 2N3904 bipolar transistors, use the PSPICE model
1) On the same graph, plot the voltage at the collector of Q1 and the voltage at the base of Q1 as a function of time from 0 to 420 ms.
2) On the same graph, plot the voltage at the collector of Q2 and the voltage at the base of Q2 as a function of time from 0 to 420 ms.
3) In which operating region the transistors are working?
4) Explain the observed behavior of the voltage at the two collectors.
Note - Also, please do this: replace 2N3904 by Q2N3904 in the BJT PSPICE model statement: .MODEL 2N3904 NPN.
