It is essential that you make your goals measurable (qualitatively or quantitatively). Thus, construct your goals in a way that allows you to monitor your progress. After you have decided on your goals, create a video presentation that is no longer than 5 minutes in duration, which summarizes your professional goals. Provide a summary of those goals, your rationale for selecting those goals, and your action plans for the respective goals. You should strive for a presentation that is polished and professional in delivery. Pretend that the superintendent of your school plans to watch your video (prepare adequately).
