My patient is very manic and she got kick out the redemption house (halfway house) she is very upset that she can not smoke here in treatment- she did get agressive and some of the other nurses stated that she should probably be on a locked unit- she has had agression- I need a different recommendation- she also is in pain and she wants her dosage decreased on her injection of pal peroxide 234 mg she wants lowered: I: Introduce: Identify yourself, unit, patient, and room number.
