Mrs. Imelda Inez has recently had a stroke and her family are looking for care, they have approached your service in regards to Short term residential care for her as she requires assistance in the ADL's of showering, dressing, toileting, eating and mobilisation in and out of bed. She has agreed but want to be able to try to do as much for herself as possible and keep attending church on a Sunday for early Mass which the family have agreed to assist with her transport to and from.

An Interview has been set up with Mrs. Inez and her family in her own home to look at setting some goals for her. In this conversation she has noted she wishes to get back as much mobility as possible, to return to her own home if possible and to take her cat with her.

You are required to do the following.

Look at how you can support Mrs. Inez in her goals of

Attending church

Becoming more mobile

Returning to her own home

Being able to bring the cat with her.
