Your ability to communicate clearly and accurately is aided by self-awareness. You can convey your feelings, desires, and expectations more clearly by using accurate expressions. Understanding your own communication style, strengths, and weaknesses, and how they affect those around you can be achieved through self-awareness. Self-awareness is crucial during interpersonal relationships because this type of self-understanding allows you to communicate more effectively and empathetically towards others Furthermore self-awareness helps you recognize when your own emotions might be clouding your judgement and causing you to misinterpret other words or intentions. And the ability to regulate one's emotions and clarity of thought is a valuable tool in avoiding misunderstandings and conflicts. I was lucky in life that early on I received love and support from both my parents. I was told "good job" when I did things well, they encouraged me and motivated me through all aspects of life and helped me achieve my goals in life. It was because of their support.
