- Single spaced, line between paragraphs
- Including list of members
o Executive Summary
- What, Why, How much, How long
- Double spaced, one page in length
o Body
- About 10 pages, not counting appendices
- Double spaced / Indent paragraphs
o References (if needed)
- Follow a standard format (APA), be consistent
o Appendices
- Tables, Charts, Diagrams, Screenshots ...
- Label clearly for easy reference in the text
- Attach any documentation/ literature related to the selected software that you get from the developer or from the Internet.
o PowerPoint hand-out (6 slides per page).
