Scientist has been working to find the protein responsible for alcohol metabolism. The scientist has been unable to isolate the alcohol metabolism protein from the thousands of other proteins. In whatOTHER way can a scientist approach the problem of identifying the protein responsible for alcohol metabolism. (i believe the question is genetics based and the assumption is that isolation or purification of the protien is not possible)
