Assessment - Poster

Create a poster presenting their research on a topic relating to organisational development, for example organisation change, performance and workplace diversity.

Assessment Details - Students are to design a poster reflecting their area of research that is within the ambit of organization development (OD). The areas selected can be organization change, performance management, workplace diversity and performance management in public sector.

The poster should cover the following items: title of research, objective of research, data collection and analysis, findings and implications. The focus of attention should be on subject content. The layout of the poster, among others, should be consistent with headings and subheadings, font and size are standardised. Use bulleted list to facilitate reading. Relate the content to the pictures it describes. The use of fancy fonts is to be avoided.
