Assignment Objective
You are encouraged to see the role of an Information Manager within the broader perspective of strategic information systems, understanding the holistic requirements of information systems to completely serve the needs of any organization.

Assignment Task

For the selected business process in assignment 1 continue the design of information system to include the following tasks. Do remember design of selected information system must serve the requirements of the following levels:
• Operational level business process
• Management level
• Strategic level
Your report must be not be more than 10 to 12 pages and must be professionally compiled.

Task 1:
Establish a framework of security and control of proposed information system, which must include:
• Legal and regulatory requirements for electronic records management and privacy protection
• Information system controls
o Manual and
o Automated
• Types of general control. Any five types of general security controls expected.

Task 2:
Present the requirements/functionalities of the business process and prepare a prototype of the proposed information system.
Note: Though prototyping can be done using low tech sketches or paper screens to show business process controls and objects, to high tech operational systems using CASE (computer-aided software engineering) or fourth generation languages and everywhere in between. You are encouraged, but not limited, to use free and open source online available tools for this task.

Task 3:
Scalability design principles and extension plan for the proposed information system. Scalability design principles must include both the computer systems and business change requirements and extension plan must include plan for converting information system to much more advance and intelligent information system to include the features such as, Data Analytics / Big Data / Internet of Thinks (IoT) / Artificial Intelligence.
