In healthcare there are many different stakeholders. Consider the patient,family, nurse practitioner or physician, organization administration and insurers. What does each stakeholder want in terms of health and value? What are the potential areas of conflict? As a provider(APRN) and leader in healthcare, how can you resolve conflicts between stakeholders?

Give thought and consideration to the first question, imagine yourself as a primary care provider and identify 4-5 stakeholders and aspects of care that may create conflict and write your discussion of this and how to mitigate the potential conflicts.
