Critically report on a cutting-edge human-factors product or service, describing it in detail and commenting on its strengths and weaknesses, and how it could be improved. This requires creative thinking and understanding HCI trends, but should be based on known or emerging technologies.

Choose an information / communication technology that is of interest to you. For example, you might choose a social media app, a system for managing home delivery orders and sending them to drivers, an augmented reality game or a groupware application for working and communicating online during a lockdown.

Critically analyse this using the methods you have been taught. Describe it carefully, noting features of particular interest. Do some background research about the application; if possible say how and why it was developed and by whom. See if you can find any research papers or other documents reviewing or criticizing it. Assess what is good and bad about the app, and say how you think it might be improved in ossible.

The length of the assignment should be about 3000 words (not including the Appendices). at is, it should be no more than 6 pages on an A page, with font size 10 printed characters.
