Question 1: A reflection is a unique opportunity to pause and consider what you have learnt and how you will use these !earnings in the future. This task requires you to reflect on two key components of your learning experience during this course. The first section requires you to identify the week, the topic or the task that made the most significant impression you, why you think this experience was most meaningful and how you will use the learning experience in the future. The second component requires you to reflect on your experience of working with others either in class activities or the group assignment and identify a strength you perceive yourself to possess and a skill required for teamwork that you need to develop. Justify both the strength and weakness and develop a plan for how you will work to overcome the weakness identified.

Where possible you should provide specific examples to serve as evidence for your arguments in both sections. Further you must seek out ideas for future improvement from the academic literature. It is expected that between 4-6 academic papers will be incorporated into your reflection. Please ensure you read the marking rubric before you start, during your completion of the task and finally before you submit.
