Experience of Hatha Yoga
Yoga as a course had attracted my attention as a future component I could pursue in life. The main reason why I got moved by yoga is the belief that it enhances people's calmness as well as unites people in spirit with God. Besides viewing it as a permanent hobby in my life I was always moved by the fact that yoga is a type of an exercise. Ideally I had lived to cherish and loved things related to the body exercise like games.
Sports happened to be my passion and I like it for both physical fitness and for individual growth. On this notion I found yoga to be a fascinating course which relates to my hobbies and passion thereby drawing me to it. In addition i came to love yoga after learning that it is a complementary intervention aiding in asthma, heart, schizophrenia and cancer diseases.
Besides the wish gain more knowledge in yoga course, I have also been looking forward to bring some of the experience to yoga. For instance the activities which entails body fitness and meditation. Among the experience I thought would be instrumental to yoga encompasses postures taking, relaxation techniques, stretching and breathing illustrations.
These tend to be some of the techniques we used to apply as part of the exercise before we commence our field games to enhance body fitness to play. Posture is one of the areas I would love to share in the yoga course. The exercise is believed to be effective in inhalation and exhalation thereby can be instrumental for breathing purposes (Taneja, 2014).
Among the experience which can be ideal for yoga is lion's roar activity. Here, one has to be on the hands and knees, slowly raise the head in order to stretch the neck as much as possible and begin to roar louder like a lion. This activity is important in releasing tension during the exercise.
In addition to the experience, I would also like to contribute some of the basic steps to be applied before beginning the yoga practice. These steps are instrumental since they reduce on the possibilities of one becoming overwhelmed. The four basic steps for the yoga section is about learning how to breathe, brief meditation and intention, basic beginning posture levels and ending with relaxation postures.
Yoga course experience notably seems to offer much knowledge and skills vital in the daily life. As a student, I see it as an opportunity which can instill and enhance my career desires. Among the concepts and skills that I look forward to gain from the yoga experience course entails abilities and skills to practice and conduct healthy physical activities. According to (Tolahunase, Sagar&Dada, 2017) yoga experience is viewed as a pretty fun activity enjoyed by most people. However it forms parts of the activities which can help in body and weight maintenance.
For instance, checking on the activities such as sun salutations, savasana, half-spinal twist and pigeon pose as parts of posture activities helps in body weight reduction. With the knowledge and skills available in this course, i look forward to implement and exercise this in firms such as gym and physical fitness institutions. In addition, I expect to learn much about yoga breathing as well as know much about the limits of each yoga activity.
Like any other activity, I am aware that yoga involves some challenges. In this regard, I am prepared to encounter the hardship involved in learning the course. For instance, the practical part of it which involves lots of postures. Yoga being a body activity brings about muscles and joints pains when done beyond the limits (Bazzano et al., 2015).
As a student ready to pursue the course I am prepared to undergo some of the difficulties of squatting, stretching and persevering on the challenging principles of yoga. According to (Tolahunase, Sagar&Dada, 2017), it is believed that yoga has varied principles which keep on developing with time. In this connection yoga course tends to pose more challenges to the new students or learners with the thirst to know more about it (Riley & Park, 2015).
In addition, there is likelihood of facing a hindrance in the yoga language and prefixes adaptations. These challenges alongside high level of discipline and techniques required in the course are among the vital facts i am prepared to face in order to meet my aims and goals.
As an aspiring student or learner, some of the core goals and objectives I desire to achieve in yoga course encompass: creating a network via going to the yoga retreat. Through this I will be able to acquire and enjoy the great yoga experience in any live setting. In addition I intend to get a 200 hour yoga certification.
Yoga is a vital course which needs to be taken to the next level. This mission can only be made possible through sacrifice in deeper training and practice. Moreover, I desire to achieve a complete pre-designed yoga program. Full yoga course is considered to be instrumental in careers as well as forms an activity upon which human can enhance and maintains a healthy life.
