HEALTH ETHICS, LAW AND GOVERNANCE
Task Description
ASSESSMENT - Essay
Care workers face challenging work health and safety issues as they take care of health and daily living needs of individuals in a health and social care setting. In this assessment, you will analyse ethical, legal, and governance constructs of a health and social care organisation regarding care workers' work health and safety. The analysis and the recommendations should be presented in an essay format to a healthcare management team.
Workplace violence can occur in a variety of health settings (Arnetz et al., 2015). The violence can arise from consumers' confusion, dementia, drug or alcohol intoxication or from the use of restraints. Consequences for staff include emotional distress, property damage, physical injury resulting in sick leave and even burnout (Hahn et al., 2012). Get expert-level assignment help in any subject.
