Workplace violence can occur in a variety of health settings (Arnetz et al., 2015). The violence can arise from consumers' confusion, dementia, drug or alcohol intoxication or from the use of restraints. Legal assessment: Drawing on the National Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Act (Division 2 - Object) and other appropriate sources, identify and explain two evidenced-based recommendations for protecting staff that would align with the Ethical assessment in section 3 above. Governance arrangements: Critically analyse and justify recommendations for the organisation in addressing the care and protection of staff, in each of the following four areas. Specify at least one recommendation for each area.
