Question

Roger and Tony, Nasa's most famous astronauts, just recently inherited property. Apparently the testator did not have any relatives and he was so impressed with their space expeditions and bravery that he wanted Tony and Roger to have all of his income producing land holdings in SC. Tony's wife, Jeannie, was also excited that others would recognize her husband's bravery. The will left the property to both Roger and Tony as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. Further, as this was income producing property, certain decisions would have to be made and Mr. Testator decided to resolve any conflict by providing that Tony would have 51% interest and roger would receive 49% interest.

Using the above fact pattern - If Jeanne and Tony were living in a state that recognizes community property, would Jeannie have any interest in this property?
